Women's Revolution - Şoreşa Jin

Our next reading group will take place on Friday, October 2, 6-8PM. We will continue discussing the Kurdish women's movements based on the readings and video below. You are welcome to join even if you can't read/watch all of the items of the list!

1. Chapter 4 from Handan Çağlayan's book Mothers, Comrades, Goddesses.

2. An interview with Gültan Kişanak, an Alevi Kurdish politician, currently imprisoned on terrorism charges.

3. A short documentary about women's organizing in Rojava, called Women's Revolution.
